Green Team Group is our fans community that we founded on 10th July 2014. It connects sports fanatics from all over the globe; moreover, Green Team inspires discussions, analysis, and participation of members in various quizzes, contests, online leagues, and much more in a healthy and civilized environment.

Green Team awards are the grand ceremony of awarding members for their participation in different competitions and showing their utmost skills in knowledge and analysts. The GT annual awards were introduced in 2016, two years after the inception of the group. Apart from winning an award, 11 members are chosen in the “Green Team XI” to form the top contributors of the group.

There are 14 categories of the awards. 13 of them are single winners with the 14th one being the “Green Team XI” of the year.

Analyst of the Year

Winner – Anas Chishty 

Members enjoy sharing their analysis on each and every team’s players and performances. For this category, the members have picked their favorite Analyst of 2021. 

Emerging Member of the Year

Winner – Subayam Sheikh 

There are over 28,000 members in the group with every day new members coming in. Some of the new members impressed the group members and rise through the ranks. Hence, we have the Emerging Member Category. 

Foreigner of the Year

Winner – Dev Jyoti Mohanty 

GT Group isn’t just about the members from Pakistan. It is an open page where everyone can enjoy and participate. We decided to introduce the “Foreigner of the Year” award in 2017 to appreciate their participation.

Football Freak of the Year

Winner – Abeer Ullah

There are many members who are huge fans of Football. For that, we have not only the award category but also games and quizzes related to it. 

Best Player of the Year

Winner – Soban Akhtar

We provide so many competitions and there are many winners. However, we also look at the member’s overall participation in those events. Here we have the “Best Player” of the season.

Graphics Guru of the Year

Winner – Faizan Hayat Khan 

Talented members are inspired to make their own graphics and promote themselves to make their own, working even on the bigger stages of the page. 

Knowledgeable Member of the Year

Winner – Tazz

When we talk cricket, there are so many who have a great knowledge of the game. We have the most “Knowledgable Member” award for those who are impressed by the whole group. 

Lady of the Year

Winner – Samia Shaikh 

Introduced in 2018, GT Group also delivers a great chance for our female members to rise and make their name through their excellent contributions.

Statistician of the Year

Winner – Javed Iqbal  

Again, like every fan, we have an award category for those who share some excellent statistics and facts about cricket from time to time. 

Council Member of the Year

Winner – Malik Atta Awan  

GT Group promises for our council members to recognize their hard work and reward them by picking their best Council Member of the year. This award is given by the admins of the group.

Moderator of the Year

Winner – Muhib Siddiq 

Alongside Admins, Moderators work hard in posting and tagging people in important events. They help out their leaders in keeping up and contributing to the group. 

Admin of the Year

Winner – Abeer Ullah

It is not easy being a group administrator. They have to work hard and look out for each and everything. Everyone loves a great Admin. Fans pick their favorite admin by voting the selected nominees. 

Fan of the Year

Winner – Anas Chishty 

Fan of the year award is one of the awards voted by the members of the group. This recognizes the selected nominee has worked across everything and gave his/her time to contribute to the group.
