- Giant Replay Screens: Two massive digital replay screens—measuring 80×30 feet and 22×35 feet—will be operational next week.
- Players’ and Officials’ Hospitality: A new enclosure, promising comfort and convenience, will be ready by 25 January.

While Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium’s upgrades are more modest, they are crucial for maintaining international standards:
- Additional Seating: Installation of 10,000 new chairs.
- Enhanced Hospitality: Upgrades to hospitality boxes.
- Replay Screens: Two digital screens for an improved spectator experience.
Playing Surfaces: Preserved for Excellence
Under the guidance of Tony Hemming, PCB curators have focused on maintaining top-notch outfields and playing surfaces during the upgrade period. To ensure their pristine condition, competitive cricket in Lahore and Karachi has been paused since the upgrades began, while Rawalpindi last hosted a match late last year.
