Shadab Khan Has played five ODI matches in 2022. He has taken eight wickets with an average of 28.38 and a strike rate of 35.25. The premium leg spinner has bowled with a superb economy of 4.83 and was considered the backbone of Pakistan’s bowling in the middle overs. Shadab was also impactful with his bat as he scored 162 runs with an excellent average of 54. The right-handed batsman scored runs with a decent strike rate of 118.25.

Recent Update On Shadab’s Injury
Pakistan all-rounder Shadab Khan has missed out on the match between Hobart Hurricanes and Adelaide Strikers due to a finger injury that he got in the match between Sydney thunders. The 24-year-old was quite impressive for Hobart hurricanes as he bagged seven wickets with an average of 20.27 runs. Unfortunately, he got injured and now his inclusion in the ODI squad against New Zealand is uncertain.

Who Is The Best Replacement For Shadab Khan
Although Shadab’s injury is a big blow for Pakistan cricket still the men in green can take it in a positive way. They can do it by including a young spinner to replace the premium leg spinner. Pakistan can try the likes of Abrar Ahmed in the ODI format with the experienced off-spinner Mohammad Nawaz.
