Unfortunately for him, he was part of the depleting Westindies side. But it’s because of quality players like him that windies managed to keep a hold on over the last couple of decades, winning mega-events.

His ability to score runs consistently in the death overs made him a lucrative package for various franchise leagues over the last few years.

He has 27 international fifties to his name alongside 5 centuries. His overall stats in international cricket; unfortunately, do not truly reflect his batting capabilities. As batting in the late middle order for the most part has left its mark.

Dwayne Bravo managed to assemble 363 international wickets. A number that could have been doubled, had it not been for his continuous spat with the windies cricket board which kept him out of the team for a very long period.

He has won a number of close encounters for his national & franchise teams through his magnificent bowling. His bowling played a massive role in Windies winning the 2016 t20 world cup.

Any franchise league is believed to be incomplete without the magic of Dj Bravo. He alongside the likes of Chris Gayle are believed to be a brand on their own.

Dwayne Bravo began his franchise career by debuting for Mumbai Indians in the inaugural IPL. After 3 seasons he shifted to Chennai Super Kings and never looked back since. Dj Bravo records & performances in the 2012 & 2013 IPL seasons were phenomenal earning him a permanent position in the Chennai squad to date.

He starred in the first PSL season playing for Lahore Qalandars where he was made the captain of the side in the later stage of the tournament. Dj Bravo was also part of the Quetta Gladiators squad that took the honors as title winners of PSL 2019.

Apart from these, he has been thoroughly involved in various franchise leagues like Big Bash League, Caribbean Premier League, Bangladesh Premier League, Mzansi Super league & Global T20 Canada.
