Big blow for Multan Sultans as their star batter is set to miss out on PSL

The PSL festival has started to spread its colors and all the teams are ready to lift the trophy, one of which is Multan Sultans who have lifted the trophy of this PSL festival in 2021. Every time this team is known for its good performance, this team has batsmen, bowlers, and very good fielders, but if there is talk about Multan’s batting and Tim David’s name is not included in that list then it would not be Fair. But is Tim David with the team this year or will it be a Blow for Multan Sultans this time? Let’s find out about Tim David first.

Tim David: A Strong pillar for Multan Sultan:

Tim David plays for the Australian team, but he was discovered in the  PSL, after which he is serving in the Australian team. Over the years, he showed the essence of his batting and brought many victories to Multan.

But if you’re a supporter of Sultan’s then there is no need to get worried, he is just not here for 7 games, later on, he’ll join the team for the last 3 matches along with the Playoffs.

Massive Blow for Multan Sultans – Who will replace him?

Well, Multan Sultans are an excellent and combined team but Tim is one player who leads the batting line-up of the Multan team and it is quite difficult to replace him, it cannot be said conclusively. Who will replace him, but the absence of him even for some matches is still a blow for Multan Sultans.

Tim David’s stats for Multan Sultans:

Tim David played 5 PSL matches and scored 184 runs in 5 Innings. Tim David’s Highest Score in PSL is 71. David has 0 PSL centuries, 2 PSL half centuries and 1 time 30+, and 1 time 20+ PSL runs. Tim David has a strike rate of 224.3 with an average of 36.80 in 82 PSL balls.

But when he is unavailable. This would be a blow for Multan Sultans.

Why is he unavailable for several Matches:

Tim is currently in South Africa for the SAT20 league in which he is representing the MI cape team. He flew to South Africa soon after playing the Big Bash League in Australia. He has played over 40 games in the last six months.

Sources revealed that he was offered either the South African league or the PSL but he said he could not miss the PSL entirely because of his relationships.

Haider Azhar CEO, of Multan Sultans said;

“He will be available for the last three games and playoffs if we qualify,”

In the meantime, Another Big blow for  Multan Sultans is that they confronted one more difficulty with the injury of Wayne Parnell, who sustained a crotch injury during SAT20. Accordingly, his accessibility for the underlying matches is unsure. Multan Sultans trusts that his last clinical report will go with additional choices.

Rilee Rossouw and Keiron Pollard will be accessible to the establishment for the whole span of PSL. Ireland’s Josh Little might miss the season finisher stages because of the Ireland series against Bangladesh.
