Recently, Babar Azam’s brother, Faisal Azam posted a vlog on social media, where the two brothers of the Pakistani captain, Safeer Azam and Faisal Azam could be clearly seen to be present at the National Cricket Academy established in Lahore.
Is This The First Time?
Last year, Safeer Azam the younger brother of the Pakistani captain was seen training in the NCA which is only available for training to those representing Pakistan at the highest level. The presence of any family member of the players is a clear NCA Security Breach.
According to a reliable source within the PCB, Babar and his brother visited the NCA a few days before the conditioning camp began, and Safeer was allowed to hold nets, which caught the board’s attention. “As the captain of the national team, the matter was handled in a respectful manner, where Babar was reminded about the situation and he agreed to comply,” the source stated, as quoted by the Indian news agency, Press Trust of India (PTI).
