A: Honestly, I was never much of a bookworm, so I only continued my studies up to intermediate, After that, I shifted my complete focus to cricket, as the game truly demands your full attention.
Q: Whom do you idolize from the cricketing world?
A: I idolize Imran Khan as a cricketer. He’s truly one of the finest cricketers in the world and someone who absolutely deserves to be an idol.
Q: You were a key performer in the U19 World Cup 2022, so why weren’t you selected for the U19 World Cup 2023-24?
A: Well, the PCB would know best, but it’s possible the coaches who preferred me were changed, and the new ones selected a team of their own.
Q: As a fast bowler, how important do you think a fast bowler’s role is in the team, and who’s your bowling inspiration?
A: I believe a fast bowler needs to focus primarily on taking wickets and effectively handling pressure to get the team out of critical situations. Hassan Ali is my bowling inspiration.
Q: How was your experience playing under Qasim Akram’s captaincy?
A: It was absolutely fantastic! I share a really strong bond with Qasim bhai. He always gave me his full support and constantly backed my decisions, which made playing under him a truly rewarding experience.
