PCB sent their A team for a Zimbabwe tour of two four-day matches and six list A matches. Pakistan Shaheens’ tour of Zimbabwe ended with the visitors clinching the 2-match Four-Day series 2-0, while the hosts won the 6-match One-Day series 4-2

Result:
The Shaheen tour of Zimbabwe was a good step toward building an A team. Pakistan got many new stars who performed well. Shaheen won the two-match series 2-0. Zimbabwe A team was not strong and couldn’t dominate Shaheen’s squad in the series.

Omair Bin Yousuf:
The young and emerging batter scored 348 runs in the two-match series. He was the top runs-getter in the series. Omair scored brilliant 250 runs.

Batting Comparision
Pakistan’s batters displayed dominance over Zimbabwe’s bowlers, with four out of the top six highest run-getters hailing from Pakistan. The Pakistan batters impressed coaches and they can be in plans for Pakistan wc squad.
Bowling Comparison:
Shaheens exhibited dominance over Zimbabwe’s batting lineup throughout the series. The presence of an experienced bowling line-up played a significant role in Pakistan’s successful campaign, resulting in a 2-0 series victory.

Result:
Zimbabwe’s senior team members were included in the One Day series. The Shaheens lost the series 4-2, with some closely contested matches, but the Pakistani team couldn’t emerge victorious.

Omair Yousuf:
Omair, the top scorer in four-day matches, also held the top scorer position in ODIs for the Shaheens. He scored an impressive 275 runs in just four matches, with a highest score of 153.

Batting Comparision
In the six-match series of Shaheen’s tour of Zimbabwe, Craig Ervine emerged as the top scorer. He was the only Zimbabwe batter among the top three run-getters. On the second spot was Omair bin Yousef, who was the top scorer in the four-day matches. Despite four out of six batters being from Shaheens, Zimbabwe managed to secure a convincing 4-2 victory in the series.
Bowling Comparison
After suffering a shameful defeat in the four-day series of Shaheen tour of Zimbabwe. Hosts decided to bring back their senior players for the ODI series. Dahani and Amir Jamal, who represented Pakistan, led the Shaheen bowling attack. However, the Zimbabwe bowlers performed exceptionally well, taking wickets consistently while maintaining an economy rate of less than 6.0 runs per over.
