4 Decades of Malik

Malik’s struggling phase from World Cup 2011 till 2015.

After the 2011 World Cup, Malik was brought back into the Pakistan team, but the stay was not for long. He only played a handful of matches. He continued to remain out of the team because of a lack of good performances. From around 2011 -2015, he could manage only to play about 20 matches, which deprived him of again getting into the World Cup squad in 2015.

Still, he remained to be part of T20 sides here & there. Still, after Pakistan came back from World Cup 2015, Shoaib Malik was again recalled for national duty & continued his fine form, scoring runs at an impressive average of  67.07 & cemented his place in the team playing across the formats.
